Our Team
We are a fully Tasmanian owned and operated Restoration and Cleaning company, based in the Derwent Valley near Hobart, but able to service the whole of Tasmania when needed.
Our staff are highly skilled, dedicated professionals,
with an age range of 26-60, and an even distribution of male/female
members.
Training
We have spent many hours training on the job, in special dedicated in-house training sessions, TAFE, Skills Institute, Jena Dyco and also through ITI in Sydney, with whom we have both a gold and silver partnership.

We keep a good eye on the latest technology, and have learnt many new skills in the Fire Restoration area, and Odour Control in the past 2 years.
That doesn't mean we think we know it all- there is always more to learn! But we are serious about on-going training, and the acquiring of new skills, and look forward to improving our abilities year after year.
Policy
What you can expect from ICR:
- Professional advice and support. We will keep you abreast of each step as we move through the process of restoration together including regular phone calls/emails, and printed Information Sheets.
- If your job is an Insurance Claim, we will liaise with your Loss Assessor to facilitate a smooth restoration to your former situation.
- A team with honesty and integrity who will get the job done.
- Properly maintained high quality equipment, for your protection and ours.
- Correct PPE (Personal Protection Equipment) for our staff.
- Clearly marked vehicles, and uniforms.
- Fully insured, all work carried out to the highest industry standard.
- Our company has a No Smoking Policy on all job sites.
